Starter: Smoked Salmon Crostini’s on French bread with ricotta cheese topped with lightly dressed arugula, drizzled with balsamic glaze.
Salad: Caprese style: Layered sliced roma tomatoes, fresh sliced mozzarella cheese drizzled with balsamic glaze and house made pesto sauce served with fresh bread.
Entrée: Choice of- 1) Beef Tenderloin cooked in our own red wine, seasoned to perfection drizzled with red wine reduction, Served with a twice baked potato topped with bacon, sour cream and green onions, and a side of parmesan roasted broccoli
2) Breaded Mushroom cap topped with sautéed spinach in dry red wine garlic and oil combo topped w/ fresh mozzarella cheese drizzled with our marinara, served with a side of roasted parmesan broccoli and penne pesto pasta.
The Finish: Chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake
